1. Controller

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, language, and the time you confirmed you are over 18 and accepted our terms.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status, never your full card number.

Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

Notifications: if you turn them on, your browser's push address, so we can send you daily picks and results. Turn them off at any time and it is deleted.

Visit statistics: anonymous page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics), without cookies and without identifying you.

3. Why we use it

To provide your account and subscription, to process payments, to secure the service and to meet legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in security, and legal obligations.

4. Service providers

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under data processing terms. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Match data comes from sports data providers and contains no personal data about you.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists and billing records as long as tax law requires. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you logged in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
