1. Who we are

2. What Doksanlık is

Doksanlık is a sports data analytics service. We publish statistical probabilities, predictions, match analysis and related content about football matches.

We do not accept bets, operate any gambling service, hold funds for wagering, award prizes or link to betting operators. Nothing on Doksanlık is an offer or invitation to gamble.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use this kind of service where you live. By creating an account you confirm both.

4. No guarantee, not advice

Predictions are estimates based on data and models. Football is uncertain: any prediction can be wrong and past results do not guarantee future results.

Content is provided for information and entertainment. It is not financial, betting or any other professional advice. You alone are responsible for how you use it.

5. Accounts

Keep your login details private. One account is for one person; sharing or reselling access is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Premium is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly), billed in advance through Stripe. There is no free trial; your card is charged when you subscribe and at each renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.

8. Intellectual property

All content, models, data compilations and software on Doksanlık belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or resell them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the content, including any betting or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Responsible use

If you gamble elsewhere, do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you problems, seek help from a local support service.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
